Minimum Requirements

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Credit Diploma would be advantageous
• MS Office Proficient, specifically MS Excel

EXPERIENCE:
• 5 Years exposure to applied debtor's collection
• Exposure to using customer portals
• Excel proficiency a must
• Exposure to ERP systems

• Clear credit history

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Customer Service Orientation
• Effective Time Management
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Execute tasks effectively
• Analyse issues and solve problems
• Knowledge about debtors ageing
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Suite including Microsoft teams)
