Requirements:

• Hold a BCom Degree and BCom Honours (or equivalent) with a focus on Financial Accounting.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience, including 3 in a leadership capacity.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making prowess.
• Proficient in financial analysis and credit assessment instruments.
• Well-versed in pertinent laws and regulations.
• Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability.
• Proven ability to navigate high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
• Extensive experience leading sizable teams.
• Insight into healthcare industry dynamics is a plus.
• Skilled in various pricing and contract management.
• Proficient in managing substantial debtors' books and payment processes.
• Independence in work, complemented by outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and communication capabilities.
• Computer savvy, particularly in SAP.
