Our client is looking for an experienced Accountant to join their firm in Silverlakes, Pretoria area

Minimum requirements:

BCom Accounting degree
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Experience on Jonas Club Management system would be advantageous
Experience as a golf accountant would be advantageous
Excellent writing skills in both English and Afrikaans
Strong Excel Skills
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties:

• Full month end reporting function inclusive of management accounts
• Performing daily cash-ups
• Processing and management of membership subscriptions
• Petty cash management
• Processing of weekly and monthly creditor payments and accounts
• Processing of ad hoc Invoicing
• Responsible for Shop inventory management and compliance
• Assist with year-end audit
• Assist with the annual preparation of budgets
• Ensuring compliance with reporting standards
• Assisting with ad hoc finance-related tasks
