About The Opportunity
We are looking for an Accountantto join the team on a part-time basis. This role would ideally be Monday to Thursday with 15-20 hours per week and flexible hours.

Reporting to the CFO, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the accounts administrators
• Month-end reporting including journals, processing
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Review payroll and ensure accuracy
• Assist with reporting for both board and management
• Assist with GST and tax compliance
• Prepare annual budgets
• Assist with end-of-year accounts
• Assist with the annual external audit process

About You
The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Accounting role
• Experience in the healthcare industry (desirable)
• Experience leading a small team (desirable)
• Strong computer skills specifically using Xero and Excel
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
