An exciting opportunity exists for you to join the Regulatory Operations team as a Manager/Senior Manager.
The Regulatory Operations Team is responsible for the on-going management and administration of global transactions across all businesses which are reportable to regulatory regimes such as ASIC, CFTC, MAS, HKMA, MiFIR, EMIR, REMIT and Canadian provinces.
We are undergoing a transformation and growth and we are looking for an exceptional Business Manager to drive changes with initiatives including the creation of framework and governance for multiple processes such as bespoke reporting, enhanced management reporting, outlining business requirements and establishing global recovery models. Your responsibilities will include managing the back reporting and bespoke reporting team and collaboration with stakeholders in Tech, Market Operations, business leads, Compliance and Legal teams across the organisation.
Ideally you will bring a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field coupled with 4 years' experience in financial markets across various products with Transaction Reporting experience preferred. Your excellent problem solving and communication skills, pro-active nature and great attention to detail will see you succeed in this role. Previous knowledge and experience with DTCC, ICE or Markitwire would also be advantageous.
