As a Change Manager of the program, you will be a key player in ensuring the success of the delivery aspects of the PeopleSoft Replacement Program through ensuring connectivity and governance across the numerous regional capabilities. It will be expected that this role will evolve as we move through the program life cycle (mobilisation, design to delivery).

You will be part of Central Program Team supporting a global user-base and work with the Financial Management Group Program Lead to manage the change relating to the implementation of a cloud based Finance solution.

You will work well autonomously and have proven experience in managing change activities end-to-end in fast pace environment. You will be joining a dynamic team which is focused on ensuring change initiatives are rolled out effectively.

To support the Program, you will be responsible for leading execution of parts of the change management/communications strategy and plan, implementing measurement strategies to establish change readiness and developing and execute appropriate adoption activities to maximise adoption after go-live. Further, you will drive the implementation of impact assessments for specific areas, considering people, process, system and financial impacts, as well as develop appropriate strategies to address those impacts.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a good track record with building senior stakeholder relationships and influencing the successful outcomes of the program. Your strong ability to work through periods of ambiguity and communicate and resolve complex issues in a straightforward manner will also be important.
