Summary: The Treasury Management (TM) Operations Specialist I is responsible for risk mitigation for the TM customers. Additionally, the role onboards the commercial customers to the various TM products and account analysis.

Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location.

Responsibilities:

* Onboard commercial customers with products such as ACH Origination, Online Wire Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Remote Official Check Printing, Account Sweeps, Check Positive Pay and ACH Positive Pay.
* Responsible for risk mitigation of TM products.
* Onboard and maintain account analysis customers.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 4 years' retail banking experience.
* Knowledge of TM products recommended.
* Knowledge and compliance of banking regulations recommended.
* Transactional underwriting knowledge recommended.
* Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work both independently and efficiently.
* Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Must be organized, detail-oriented; exhibit flexibility and willingness to work at rapid pace.
* Must comply with all state and federal regulations.
