We are currently recruiting for a purchase ledger administration clerk to work as part of a large prestigious local group of companies.
The Role Involves:
Customer service and following up invoices
Purchase Ledger Invoice Processing
Weekly Expense Processing
Stocktaking
Weekly payroll administration
We're looking for somebody with at least one year's experience in a similar role. Strong organisational skills and a background using Excel are essential, as well as good time management skills and confidence dealing with colleagues and clients on all levels. Experience of Sage Line 200 and 50 would be advantageous.
This role is 100% based in our modern stylish offices and would be working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday AM-PM (Wednesday AM-PM). You will be starting your role here on a temporary basis but there is a permanent position for the right candidate after a trial period.
Applicants must be able to provide reference contacts to cover at least the last 2 years.
