About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing Credit Control Processes:Monitor and update customer accounts, contact customers, and accurately record and manage incoming payments.
- Financial Data Entry and Analysis:Assist in maintaining and analysing financial data to support the finance team.
- Support Budgeting and Forecasting Activities:Collaborate with the team to develop and refine financial projections.
- Project Collaboration:Work with the finance team on various initiatives and projects.
- Administrative Support:Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Experience:1 to 2 years in credit control or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:Microsoft Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Net Suite is desirable.
- Attention to Detail:Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Independence and Time Management:Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Flexibility:Adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Salary-£25,000- £30,000 basic
