Credit Controller

Russell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our manufacturing client based in Trafford Park.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

The Role:
Ensure invoice payments debts are collected in time and in line with the customer's terms
Provide support to the Management Accountant in achieving targets and objectives
Monitor customers' accounts to identify overdue payments and ensure prompt collection
Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
Issue and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and agreements.
Track and follow up on outstanding payments via phone, email, and formal letters
Quarterly customer credit insurance providers
Laise with credit insurance providers
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aged debt analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate effective communication and resolve payment issues.

The candidate:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge and experience of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processes
Credit control experience and qualification
Excellent Microsoft skills
AAT qualification
ERP experience
