Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive direct sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and management.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management, direct sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
