You may have experience of the following: Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Assistant, AAT, Accounting Assistant, Accounts Officer, Finance, Finance Officer, Finance Administrator, Accounts Administrator, Bookkeeper, Invoicing, Reconciliation, Purchase Ledger, etc.

What You'll be doing:
- Take responsibility for the day to day operation of the accounts function of the company.
- Processing payments, invoices, and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases, then filing hard copies.
- Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure.
- Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances.
- Completing VAT returns.
- Ad hoc projects and reports
You'll soon be an integral team member within a small business environment, supporting the directors with the continued growth and success of the company.
About you:
- Previous bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks accounting software.
- MS Office experience, especially Excel.
- Willing to work 12-16 hours per week.
- Willing to work from the Olney office for an initial period.
- Must be based relatively close to the office to pop in & grab paperwork etc. Longer-term, hybrid working is an option.
- High level organisation skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise workload to meet fixed deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
