We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as a Treasury Accountant. Your expertise will help us to maintain our financial stability and enhance our treasury operations. This role requires a candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Credit Control/Management

• To assist with all aspects of the credit function.
• To set up new credit accounts.
• To post banks' daily receipts and daily cash balance reconciliation.
• To reconcile statements.
• To manage the voucher redemption schemes with our partners and clients.
• To assist hotels with queries on commissions deducted at source.
• To focus on timely collection of debt through proactive chasing of customers for payments via telephone calls.
• To ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various accounts and that they are correctly processed.
• To respond and resolve customer queries.
• To reconcile all unpaid and short paid aged accounts.
• To monitor any unallocated payments from customers and apply the same with future invoices.
• To follow up on all overdue accounts and reporting to ensure compliance with group credit policy and KPIs.

Accounts Payable

• To ensure all invoices are processed according to company procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
  
• To create, update and amend supplier information where required on company systems.
• Overview of weekly BACS runs to ensure supplier payments are processed accurately and on a timely basis.
• Supplier statement & supplier account reconciliations.

• To assist with all aspects of the accounts payable function.

• Dealing and resolving supplier queries.
• Supporting and managing of the accounts payable inbox and resolving queries.
• Accurately loading invoices for payment.
• Supporting AP manager on the weekly BACS runs.
• Be aware of audit procedures
