Marc Daniels are working with a well-established technology PLC who are groing from strength-to-strength in their search for a Senior Finance Business Partner.

This role will suit someone who has strong commercial acumen and an analytical mind-set capable of dealing with sales people and high level executives whilst also being able to make sense of complex data-sets.

Responsibilities:

• Key Finance Business Partner supporting the management team
• Responsible for production of forecasts & budgets ensuring alignment with relevant functional owners
• Work with the Sales and marketing teams to analyse trends, impact of marketing & promotional activity
• Support & challenge Product Development teams through the development cycle including production/approval of business cases and on-going monitoring of performance
• Support month-end activities, including review of actuals and provision of variance analysis including commentary
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to represent finance with the business and the business with finance
• Demonstrated ability to 'get behind the numbers' and understand key drivers within a business
• A high energy, ambitious proactive approach
• Qualified accountant with previous experience in senior Finance roles
• Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
