A leading manufacturing organisation in Coatbridge are currently looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class service to assigned new and existing customer base.

Key Duties:

* Respond to incoming customer queries and complaints

* Process customer orders

* Provide feedback/order status updates to customers in professional manner

* General administrative duties

* Effectively coordinate quotation activities
