You can oversee all aspects of client service delivery, team management, business development, and ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations.

Your team will encompass areas such as Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Court of Protection (including applications), Deputyship management, IHT and Asset Protection Advice, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Administration of Compensation trusts.

Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in Private Client law (at least 3PQE).

Significant experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, and Court of Protection work.

Candidate to have completed STEP diploma or is working towards that qualification.
