KM4HR are seeking a permanent Global Payroll Service Delivery and Implementation Lead for their international client based in Berkshire

Reporting to Partner level with a dotted line in to HR you will be managing key project stakeholders in these areas while maintaining employee engagement across the wider business from a global perspective.

Responsibilities will include;

• Coordinating & managing of global payroll services
• Implementation of global payroll contracts across multiple countries
• Budgetary control for all payroll operations

You will have experience in:

• A technical background in multi country payroll operations
• Worked at senior manager level
• Delivered complex implementation projects
• Commercially driven
• Collaborative approach
• International payroll experience
