Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounts department
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas of improvement
• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the management team
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial transactions
• Coordinate annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounts team members

Qualifications and Skills

• Required CA, ICWA qualified candidate only.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
