Responsibilities:


Team Leadership and Management:

Lead and manage a team of 50+ Full-Time Employees (FTEs), ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring the team meets performance and productivity targets.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture through effective people management practices.

Credit Risk Analysis:

Utilize extensive knowledge in credit risk analysis to guide the team in assessing and managing risk.

Ensure the implementation of best practices in credit risk evaluation and management across all processes.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on thorough credit risk analysis.

Client Handling and Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and risk management needs.

Manage client engagements effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Operational and Engagement Model:

Develop, implement, and continuously improve the operating model for the ACR team.

Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging technology and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the teamâs performance and service delivery.

Risk Modelling and Analysis:

Guide the team in developing and applying risk models to various credit and corporate lending scenarios.

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of risk models used by the team.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in risk modelling.

Corporate Lending and Credit Management:

Oversee the assessment and management of corporate lending transactions.

Ensure that the team conducts thorough credit ratings and risk analyses for all corporate clients.

Implement effective credit management practices to minimize risk and enhance profitability.

People Management:

Mentor and develop team members, providing regular feedback and career development opportunities.

Conduct performance appraisals and manage the performance management process.

Ensure the team is well-trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Contribute to the strategic planning process, aligning the teamâs goals with the organizationâs objectives.

Execute strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Monitor industry trends and developments, adapting strategies and practices accordingly.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Masterâs degree preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in credit risk analysis, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

Demonstrated experience in handling a team of 50+ FTEs.

Strong knowledge of credit risk analysis, risk modelling, corporate lending transactions, credit rating, risk analysis, and credit management.

Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a large team.

Excellent client handling and engagement skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Strong strategic and operational planning skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
