Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and guidelines.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for financial optimization.
  • Provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Liaison with Tax Authorities for resolving notices issued.
  • Coordinate audits and tax filings, working closely with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the finance department.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's financial acumen and skills.
  • Contribute to the development of financial strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives..

Experience and Qualification:
  • Qualified CA.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Tally, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
