GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or another qualified discipline degree ideally such as Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, etc.
• At least 10 years of experience in a relevant Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, and controlling Reporting role.
• Residing/able to reside in Mumbai.
• Candidates with a notice period of 1 month or less are preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English.
• Ideally experienced in a Technology environment.
• Team-oriented and strong communication skills in People management.
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking,
• Outstanding teammate and customer-focused,
• Ability to prioritize and handle own time effectively to achieve targets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate and complete the monthly closing process according to operational timelines.
• Responsible for reporting timely and accurate, consolidated balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis within deadlines.
• Standard costing.
• Develop and communicate ad hoc reports, including for cost control, and provide related recommendations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Develop and monitor budgets
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Manage tax planning and compliance with Indian tax regulations
• Implement financial controls and internal audit processes
• Manage cash flow and financial risks
• Monitor and control project costs
• Develop and implement the company's financial strategies
• Manage relationships with banks, tax authorities, and other financial institutions
