Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for encoding and releasing of credit limits relating to credit facilities and ensuring accurate detailing before inputting the same into Bank's system. Further, he/she is responsible for complying with all necessary approval terms and conditions under FAB policies and procedures.

Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for encoding and releasing of credit limits relating to credit facilities and ensuring accurate detailing before inputting the same into Bank's system. Further, he/she is responsible for complying with all necessary approval terms and conditions under FAB policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
- Encoding the credit limits after confirmation is obtained from Documentation Team that all documents are in order or have been properly deferred or waived and update the same in the Bank's system.
- Maintaining accuracy with regards to Limit amount, currency, Interest rates, commission charges, Fee recovery and terms and conditions.
- Tagging/linking of the correct facility to the sub product type in the limit monitoring system.
- Issue IOM's to Operations team with regards to Loan drawdowns, Loan maintenance, Settlements, and collection of Fees.
- Ensuring rectification of any discrepancies and action on requests for any closure/suspension/Temporary extensions of credit limits in the system.
- Ensuring approval from relevant authorities for one-off requests or deferral requests.
- Maintaining up to date Interest rate keys in the Bank's core system.
- Carry out reports such as LTV, Share valuation, Limit expiry and Sanction expiry.
- Preparation of Daily Activity Report illustrating the volume of transactions processed by the Credit Control Unit.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in commerce / finance or equivalent.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 3-5 experience in Wealth and Investments administration and operations with at least 3 years' experience in the Personal Banking / CAD function.
Skills:
- Knowledge and use of banking software systems, basic PC skills and common MS applications like Excel and Word.
- Good knowledge of English language (both written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of Bank's financial system.
- Very good knowledge of Banking Products / Personal Banking Credit Administration functions.
- Very good knowledge of U.A.E. legal environment & Central Bank regulations.
- Team Player, ability to work under pressure, attention to details.
