Supervisor Billing & Revenue accounting

The Supervisor will be responsible for overall Billing and Revenue accounting function. Your key responsibilities will be to ensure and accurately Collection, Cash application, Billing and Revenue accounting task and monthly & quarterly activities also adherence to regulations, and the streamlining of processes for all Dassault Systems (DS) Legal Entities. You will be accountable for people management, stakeholder management.

Role Description &

Responsibilities:


. Cash Application

.Ensure cash is quickly and accurately applied for all DS legal entities within scope of cash application responsibilities.

oReview bank statements daily escalate to CTC Management in case of any issues

oEnsure all payments not captured by automatic process are researched and applied comment on bank statement any amounts remaining.

oEnsure all unidentified payments are researched and processed.

oResearch all On Account payments and apply to reduce backlog.

oApply credit notes to the appropriate invoices

. Collection

oCollections Operations in alignment with HQ guidelines.

oFocus in minimizing DSO and Overdue amounts.

oSupervise and provide guidance to the collections team, training, and performance evaluations

. Closing Activity

oPerform reconciliation between AR & GL balances & flag any unreconciled item.

oReconciliation of Unbilled & deferred revenues, Bad debts calculation, Maturity reporting on quarterly basis.

.Billing

oProcess all Credit Notes/Invoices accurately and in TAT.

oFinalize and mail Indian invoices.

oPortal Billing

oPerform various reporting with Business Intelligence reports

.Reconciliation

oWithholding tax certificate collection and reconciliation

.People Management

oOther reporting or special assignments as needed

oMaintain appropriate documentation for all process

oDrive quality assurance through different quality tools.

oSet clear team goals.

oMonitor team performance and report on metrics.

oMotivate team members.

oDiscover training needs and provide coaching.

oListen to team member's feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts in 1-1.

oRecognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

oEncourage creativity and risk-taking.

oSuggest and organize team-building activities.

Qualification-:

.Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (equivalent work experience considered)

.Experience Level:5-7-year experience in finance administration preferred

.Must have skills

oExcellent people management skill

oExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)

oProficient with MS Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint)

oStrong analytical skills and good team player

oKeen learner with positive attitude

oStructured, disciplined and flexible approach towards work
