Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring all streams of revenue, analyzing and reviewing revenue contracts, handling e-commerce revenue channels, and ensuring timely customer reconciliation and collection. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's financial health.

Responsibilities:


Monitor Revenue Streams:

• Oversee and ensure accurate accounting for all streams of revenue channels.
• Track and reconcile revenue streams to ensure proper accounting and financial reporting.

Revenue Contracts Analysis:

• Analyze and review revenue contracts to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on contract analysis to optimize revenue recognition.

E-commerce Revenue Management:

• Handle e-commerce revenue channels, ensuring real-time reconciliation for returns, price support, and other related activities.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to resolve any discrepancies and ensure accurate revenue reporting.

Monthly Sales MIS Preparation:

• Prepare and present monthly sales MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.
• Provide detailed analysis and insights on sales performance and revenue trends.

Tax Implications and Accounting Guidance:

• Guide the finance team on tax implications and ensure accurate accounting practices.
• Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations, especially GST, and ensure compliance.

Customer Reconciliation and Collections:

• Perform customer reconciliation to ensure accuracy in accounts receivable records.
• Manage and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables, addressing any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• CA with 3-5 years of experience
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Hands-on experience with GST and a strong understanding of tax implications and accounting.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
