Role:

To be responsible for overall Accounting for Jewellery manufacturing company .



Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of Finance & Accounts dept, Set goals and objectives
• Ensure finalization of accounts and routine accounting
• Ensure all legal and statutory compliances
• Daily monitoring of Cash flow
• Handle notices, assessments etc. from various departments
• Coordinate with Internal and external parties viz. Management, Auditors, Contractors, Service providers
• Advise on legal agreements/NDA/Banking documents to be signed by company
• Ensure proper internal controls, Policies, SOPs
• Training to team members and decide their growth part
• Monitoring and evaluation of cost
• Managing receivables
• Arrange and monitor Gold procurement and Gold metal loan
• Bank submissions and preparation of review of necessary data
  
  

Preferred Experience and skills:

• Qualified CA
• 4-6 years of post-qualification experience with accounting, Finance, Costing, Taxation
• Experience in managing a team
• System and process oriented
• Knowledge of ERP/Tally
• Preferably from manufacturing company
