The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

To handle full set of book-keeping and compliance with local laws and regulations for Meishi Pharma Services Private Limited.

• Liaise with external accounting team on completion of full set of accounts â AP, AR, fixed assets, GL and trial balance for the India entity
• To support the SAP implementation
• Monitor the progress of R&D lab erection in India
• Treasury function â to ensure all payment entries and payment cycle are done in timely and accurate manner and perform monthly cash flow projection
• Support timely delivery of financial accounting and tax reporting activities, including but not limited to: month end and year end closing activities, financial statements review, cash flow reporting, VAT filing and corporate tax returns
• Facilitate completion of annual statutory audit and facilitate communication with statutory auditors, stakeholders
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results and trends for group reporting purpose
• Support finance related and system enhancement, if required
• Establish and implement internal controls within the entity
• Support other ad hoc accounting activities

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, CA or CPA is a plus
• At least 5 years of full sets of accounts experience
• Experience with SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in English
