Responsibilities
To handle full set of book-keeping and compliance with local laws and regulations for Meishi Pharma Services Private Limited.
- Liaise with external accounting team on completion of full set of accounts â AP, AR, fixed assets, GL and trial balance for the India entity
- To support the SAP implementation
- Monitor the progress of R&D lab erection in India
- Treasury function â to ensure all payment entries and payment cycle are done in timely and accurate manner and perform monthly cash flow projection
- Support timely delivery of financial accounting and tax reporting activities, including but not limited to: month end and year end closing activities, financial statements review, cash flow reporting, VAT filing and corporate tax returns
- Facilitate completion of annual statutory audit and facilitate communication with statutory auditors, stakeholders
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results and trends for group reporting purpose
- Support finance related and system enhancement, if required
- Establish and implement internal controls within the entity
- Support other ad hoc accounting activities
Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, CA or CPA is a plus
- At least 5 years of full sets of accounts experience
- Experience with SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in English
