Overview of the position

We are seeking an AM / DM- FP&A, you will be participating in business process /project reviews / functions review, assisting in target setting, & strategic planning & analyzing performance of portfolio for various segments and presenting financial dashboards for business review. The individual will report to Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Key

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, Profit Before Tax and working / fixed capital expenditures.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting and Modelling tools.
• Monthly and Quarterly Management reporting
• Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool, Microsoft Excel, PPT and Dashboard reports.
• Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast. Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers
• Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions
• Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred.
• 2+ years in any BIG FOUR and 2+ years of FP&A experience in a high performance and high growth organization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail (Deep-dive and High-level summary capability)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate results
• Proven experience developing and improving processes, with desire to influence change.
• Honesty, Integrity, and sense of responsibility
• Strong team player with ability to interact and engage with various functions and BUs.
• Ability to drive high quality standard deliverables independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Builds trust across multiple stakeholders' group.
