POSITION: Senior Executive - Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role:
To drive financial planning and reporting processes across the organization. Drive and enable financial thinking, choices and investments. Drive and standardize right operating KPIs/drivers which will influence decision making

Key

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparations of budgets and forecasts.
• Preparation of monthly PL and analytics on key business drivers.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles.
• Liaise closely with Finance and local accounting teams to establish timelines, inputs and deliverables.
• Sharp focus on business metrics and analytics. Driving various Automation, new dashboards & advanced analysis
• Proactive in actively participation in process improvement and system development.
• Identify key improvement for OI improvement by identifying cost reduction areas and revenue streams.
• Ensure accuracy & timely sharing of financial information.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint along-with knowledge of advanced excel functions.
• Exposure in SAP, Hyperion & Power BI will be an added advantag e.
• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
• Energetic and Zeal to learn.
• Go getter who can make things happen given the stiff timelines.
• Eye for detail

Qualifications:
CA with 1-2 years of experience, who has worked in a mid to large scale company and responsible for driving financial planning and reporting process.
