responsibilities:

- Global controlling of R&D segments (planning, reporting, analyzing & reviewing, forecasting) with a strong focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Controlling of global R&D projects/business cases (main focus on cost controlling and forecasting)
- Counterpart of several business partners and stakeholders within as well as outside of global R&D organization (e.g. product and segment management)
- Drive and manage initiatives to improve current controlling processes and tools (e.g. controlling concept for agile development, push digitalization of R&D controlling, value flow optimization)
- Coaching of working students and/or trainees within R&D controlling team
- Willingness to take over additional temporary task within global R&D controlling team (e.g. tax or legal related topics, representative of team lead)
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor or Master degree at a university or university of applied sciences in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- 5-8 years work experience in Controlling after graduation, ideally in Business or Project Controlling
- Experience in an international environment, preferably in industry
- Proficient use of MS-Office and SAP (FI/CO, SD),
- Experience implementing Business Intelligence tools would be an asset (e.g. Jedox, Power BI, Qlik Sense)
- Strong communicator, networker and team player
- Proactive, ambitious and analytical personality
- Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken. German would be a plus
