Job description

• Statutory Audit as per Companies Act, 2013
• Group Audit as per group requirement
• Transfer Pricing Audit, Tax Audit, Cost Audit, GST Audit as per applicable law.
• Responsible for Receivable & Payable & GL Accounting
• Monthly closure of Books of Accounts
• Cash Flow Management
• Compliance of all statutory dues - payment & returns (like as TDS/TCS, GST, etc.)
• Reconciliation of COGS on monthly basis
• Recording of reasons for expense variation from budget
• Income Tax, TP & GST Assessment
• Preparation of Monthly MIS
• Supervise the works of Accounts Staff
