Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and budgets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future financial performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Monitor key financial metrics and prepare financial reports for senior management.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Planning Analyst or similar role, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
