Job Description
Management and execution of Accounting and Bookkeeping tasks including
Review financial data for accuracy
All bank approvals and related processes
Petty cash monitoring
Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables (Including timely generation of invoices and payment of dues)
Review Fixed Asset register
Ensure filing of hard copies and softcopies of all documents (contracts, supplier bills, invoices, statutory, bank statements and any other relevant papers).
Budget preparation and monitoring.
Periodic financial management reporting to senior leadership and the board of directors of the company.
Plan and ensure intra-company payments on a timely basis and in compliance with transfer pricing regulations.

Ensure Compliances
Corporate Income Tax lodgment.
STPI lodgment (Software Technology Parks of India).
GST filings and reports
Work with HR and Admin to ensure
timely salary disbursements.
timely payments to consultants
lodgment (Employees Provident Fund).
Plan, Notify and Update Board Meetings.
RBI regulations and reporting w.r.t. to transfer pricing.

Monitoring US subsidiary accounts
Monitoring bank transactions and approvals
Review financial data for accuracy

Processes -
Design and Documentation on Accounting and Financial Policies and Procedures

Data security -
Work with the Systems team to ensure security of financial data and documents related to statutory filings and records.

Technology -
Selection and use of appropriate technologies and technology platforms for accounting and reporting

Talent Management -
Take responsibility for finance and accounts capability of through talent management including recruiting and training personnel for the finance and accounts department.

Wealth Management -
Work with appointed parties to manage company funds for short, medium and long-term requirements.
