Do you have a proven track record of ensuring financial accuracy Are you excited about the challenge of overseeing a complex revenue cycle across a diverse region If so, then the Regional Revenue Controller role for the APIMEA (Asia Pacific, India, Middle East, and Africa) region might be the perfect opportunity for you!In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for the financial health of the APIMEA region, leading a team to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, timely collections, and efficient month-end closing. You will be part of the global controllership team and also partner with regional sales and other finance teams to maintain a strong financial control environment and drive profitable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle for the APIMEA region, including billing, revenue accounting, collections, and month-end closing.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the integrity of financial data.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of revenue cycle professionals.
- Analyze and report on key revenue metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regional and corporate accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage the collections process for the APIMEA region, developing and implementing strategies to maximize collections and minimize bad debt.
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and ensure accurate billing.
- Work closely with regional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle.
- Manage and mitigate financial risks associated with the revenue cycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a revenue cycle leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP), and financial controls.
- Experience working in a multinational or geographically dispersed environment (highly preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders across various departments and regions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., ERP systems).
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively in the business language(s) of the APIMEA region (a plus).
