Graduate Business Analyst
Salary:
£24,000 to £32,000 p.a.

Overview
This diverse World leading organisation are now seeking to hire a Graduate level Business Analyst for their London office. The business is now seeking to hire high calibre individuals and where the business will invest in your training and development and quickly give you responsibility and ownership of the work you complete. As a graduate you will be joining the London Team but with exposure to projects across Europe, Africa, Asia, and many other worldwide destinations. The work is focused on key areas of business including steel products, energy and geothermal and renewable energy solutions and where constant development of a sustainable and digital supply chain is built. You will receive ongoing training in London, but additionally on secondment to the USA. The team function as a critical link between Steel Manufacturers but this role will focus more on Sales and Supply Chain for the Steel Industry. You will collaborate with other team members and report into the Head of Department. Role
Support tender preparation and sales activities for oil and gas, energy transition customers, for geothermal and
Carbon capture, utilisation and storage working alongside a colleague, Graduate Analyst
Conduct project financial analysis and cost modelling
Support contract management activities for long term business partners
Analyse and map business process, both general and project specific
Document procedures and work instructions in accordance with the Quality Management System
Support quality and operational audits
Monitor inventories and conduct periodic stock checks in accordance with company rules
Support new project implementations as a team member
Create and format iTIMS and related business reports
Using SAP / iTIMS / Salesforce transactional input
Support with compliance audits and conduct compliance checks
Responsible for presentation preparation and marketing material creation
Perform month end procedures, checks and record keeping
Qualifications
Skills/Personal Qualities/Qualifications:
It is essential to be educated to Degree level or an equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Science or a relevant technical subject
Self-driven Results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
Relates well to people at all levels and a strong communicator who can display empathic and understanding and supports and cares for others
Able to travel internationally up to 3-4 times annually
Keen to support energy transition and expand sustainability management
Team-player contributes to a positive team environment
Listens, consults others, and communicates proactively
Must be proficient in the use of the latest MS Office package, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally have exposure to Access, Salesforce, or similar database to basic level
Critical analytical thinking
Strong literacy and numeracy skills preferred and ideally understands the principles of supply chain management
and committed to building a long-term career
