Monday - Friday - 37 hours - 2 days onsite per week

Key Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas (sums, ifs, vlookups) and the ability to present large datasets clearly
• Familiarity with ERP systems in a finance setting experience with SAP or Oracle is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of basic administrative tasks, output VAT, sales taxes, and relevant documentation for different sales types

The Job:
• Input, review, amend, and reconcile sales orders
• Raising, reviewing, and distributing sales invoices, including milestone, deliverable, WIP, T&M, and service invoicing in multiple currencies
• Ensuring compliance with UK VAT and other global sales taxes
• Preparing cash forecasts and conducting portal reconciliations
• Deliver services within defined Service Level Agreements, escalating any non-compliances or risks
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and participate in AR monthly self-testing activities
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence
