School Finance Officer | Ealing
Are you an experienced School Finance Officer professional seeking a new opportunity in a vibrant school environment?
The role of School Finance Officer will require you to dive into action, adeptly handling tasks such as collecting payments from eager students for exciting trips and essential expenses through the ParentPay system, injecting efficiency into the process.
Along with this, your role as a School Finance Officer, extends to issuing order request forms ensuring every detail is accounted for. You’ll be the driving force behind the scenes, obtaining authorisations, coding, and posting purchase orders and invoices. With a keen eye for detail, you will carry out the reconciling statements of accounts, ensuring suppliers are duly compensated for their contributions to the academy's vibrant ecosystem. From preparing and managing payment runs to posting monthly sales invoices ensuring timely revenue collection and impeccable financial integrity.

Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Hours: 36 hours per week; (Full-time, term-time only)
Starting date: As soon as possible

School Finance Officer Requirements:
- Posses experience in budgeting monitoring
- Contribute to the upkeep and revision of data within financial systems, with a specific focus on the recording of expenses and income
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, external organization and budget managers, addressing any inquires and concerns
- Full time and term time only
- Must be willing to have or undergo an Enhanced DBS
