I am partnering with a global insurance firm in the search of an experienced employee Benefits Advisor to join at an exciting time. The firm is currently undergoing a Workday implementation, there are a number of projects coming up alongside the benefits and payroll management responsibilities of this role.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end benefits for the UK and 6 other countries globally.
• Own the benefit renewals process, vendor relationships and negotiations.
• Process new starters and leavers, keeping the HR system up to date.
• Produce benefit and pension communications for employees.
• Manage the DC pensions scheme, autoenrollment, and pension reconciliations with payroll.
• Support data collation, ADP uploads, and processing for payroll, both UK and internationally.
• Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and year end activities.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and the Workday project team.
• Support in any benefit and payroll project work.
• Support the HR Generalist team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong employee benefits experience is essential.
• Exposure to payroll data and processing is important, but this can be a developmental part of the role.
• Understanding of DC pensions scheme administration.
• Experience using Workday or ADP would be an advantage.
• Strong excel skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, the ability to build both internal and external vendor relationships.
