We are looking for an individual who is self-driven and can work in a high-pressure environment and assist the team to achieve departmental goals.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will lead critical functions related to revenue reconciliation within the group's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Finance Systems. Your role extends to driving process improvements and automation through advanced automation systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in novating acquisitions and integrating them into the group's processes, owning accrued income schedules, accounting for income in flight, migrating acquisitions onto the core CRM solution, and ensuring accurate income capture within the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement in addition to ensuring daily bank reconciliations are complete.

We are looking for an individual who is self-driven and can work in a high-pressure environment and assist the team to achieve departmental goals.
The successful applicant will:
- have a proven track record in a similar role.
- be confident, ambitious with a strong initiative
- have working knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and VAT recording experience
- be confident using Microsoft Excel and other MS applications
- have confidence in reconciling high volumes of financial transactions
- be able to work as part of a team across multiple locations (desirable)
- have experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Xplan or similar systems (desirable)
MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will lead critical functions related to revenue reconciliation within the group's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Finance Systems. Your role extends to driving process improvements and automation through advanced automation systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in novating acquisitions and integrating them into the group's processes, owning accrued income schedules, accounting for income in flight, migrating acquisitions onto the core CRM solution, and ensuring accurate income capture within the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement in addition to ensuring daily bank reconciliations are complete.
The day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- reconciliation of bank accounts and revenues identification
- responsible for investigating account discrepancies and the correct cash allocation
- month end revenue reporting
- provide training and development opportunities for the team
- responsible for stakeholder management and working closely with all departments
- system maintenance, ensuring client and provider accounts are up to date
- revenue journals into the finance system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- migration support to new CRM solution
- oversee the accurate reconciliation of revenue between the group's CRM and Finance Systems
