This role will play a key part in supporting the delivery of the Global P2P roadmap. A key focus area will be alignment of the travel and expense function globally on to one platform and policy. This role will require a subject matter expert within Concur travel and expenses and purchase card process. They will have strong analytical skills and effective communication skills working in a complex changing environment.

As part of the overall RWS business strategy we are making a significant investment in upgrading our financial systems and processes to deliver enhanced reporting and control, more efficient processing enabling great value through enhanced business partnering and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage travel and expense, purchase card programs, review and align the RWS global policies and processes.
• Develop performance dashboards, Service level agreements and audits to monitor and develop process efficiency, compliance and customer satisfaction for all travel & expenses and credit cards.
• Act as the subject matter expert in T&E/PCard for global processes and key stakeholder for any projects and initiatives for relevant technologies.
• Introduction and optimization of the current partners automation tools, with chatbot, mobile apps.
• Support the development of our P2P intranet Hub with latest updates and news for P2P.
• Responsible for developing a training program as part of for RWS Group employees (including affiliates) both online material and classroom training.
• Support the P2P shared service function with delivery process issues.
• Strategic sourcing & business relations (e.g. credit card provider, airlines, travel Management company, ground transportation providers, provider of expense tools) and hold all to defined contractual metrics, SLA’s.
• Working with the P2P Global Process owner delivering P2P projects.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience working in SAP Concur Expenses platform.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of overall finance operations, in particular AP.
• Experience working in a large Global organization
• Experience working in a remote Shared Service model.
• Strong analytical skills / Excel - using Power BI
• Strong verbal and communication skills, used to presenting using PowerPoint.
• Project Management skills and understanding
