Job Purpose:
You will assist the Finance Manager with the smooth and effective running of the finance department.

Job Purpose:
You will assist the Finance Manager with the smooth and effective running of the finance department.
Responsibilities
- Managing purchase ledger and process supplier payments
- Processing expenses in compliance with company policies
- Credit control duties including allocation payments and chasing overdue accounts where necessary
- Credit card and Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Processing weekly remittances payments to Clients
- Daily and weekly bank transfers
- General finance duties
Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised accounts qualification
- Minimum 3 years accounts experience
- Minimum 3 years experience using Sage Line 50
- Experience of using Sage Payroll would be an advantage
- Computer Literate - advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
