Job Title: Finance Business Partner (FP&A)

Business Function/ Department: Finance

Reporting to: Finance Director

Due to internal moves, we have an opening for a high quality Finance Business Partner (FP&A) to join our team in Leeds. As Lenvi, we are an established technology division of Equiniti Group based in Leeds with projected revenue in 2023 of c£40m, and we are passionately committed to becoming the go-to credit and analytics platform in our chosen markets. We will achieve this through unwavering focus on our people, product, and clients.

We service a range of clients in the UK, Europe and the United States providing lending platforms and analytics capabilities to both commercial and consumer-focused businesses across a range of asset classes including invoice discounting, retail finance, unsecured lending, SME funding and mortgages.

We are looking to hire an FP&A Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Finance Director you will know what good looks like and be a key support to the CEO, Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Customer Success and Finance Director in providing financial and commercial insight and support to drive the delivery of organic growth.

What You will be doing



Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Reporting team.
  • Develop the weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting, suitable to be delivered to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create, develop and maintain the integrated financial models sufficient to suitably identify trends and business direction from linked key data.
  • Ownership of the reporting processes and tools, providing direction to the financial reporting of the business
  • Review segmental performance in order to drive business enhancements through targeted direction.
  • Lead the Budgeting and Rolling Forecast processes.
  • Proactively manage working capital in order to maximise the business output within the parameters of the funding given.
  • Maintain the cashflow forecast for the business, ensuring actions to achieve and understanding of cash requirements are covered.
  • Identify possible key scenarios for the business outlook and suitably model and present to senior internal stakeholders.
  • Work with CEO, FD, FBP team and Director of Compliance to ensure all material risks are identified and reported upon.
  • Provide insight and direction to the business, by influencing internal stakeholders.


What we would like to see from your application

You will be educated to degree standard (or equivalent) with a professional accounting qualification, relevant finance experience in a business facing partnering role and a pragmatic and adaptable outlook.
