Payroll Executive
OneFamily is seeking a dedicated Payroll Executive to manage and process multiple payrolls for our staff and pensioners!
With around 1000 employees across offices in Brighton, Swindon, Leeds, and Peterborough, you'll handle new joiners, leavers, permanent and variable changes, overtime, commission payments, SSP, and maternity/paternity changes. Initially, payroll processing is managed by our provider RSM but will soon transition in-house. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate payroll data, ensuring timely payments, managing staff benefit schemes, and liaising closely with People Services and Finance teams. Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills are essential. Experience with multiple payrolls, excellent IT skills (particularly in Excel), practical Auto Enrolment knowledge, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are required. This role is based in our Brighton office, although hybrid working arrangements will be considered. Apply today and help us maintain excellence in payroll management!
