We are looking for a FP&A Business partner to work with the FP&A Managerto support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling whilst identifying and measure key success drivers and providing finance and business support to commercial, sales and operational staff.With our aim to be a flexible employer, this role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office & 2 working remotely.
Main Duties include:

• Business partner the sales teams, both Network and eCommerce, to provide Finance support on key projects such as opening new branches, investment in existing branches, sales and eCommerce initiatives etc.;
• Business partner corporate teams such as Marketing, Logistics, Inventory etc. to support analysis of expenditure and their key cost drivers. Also provide finance support on projects provide finance support on expenditure projects and analysis of RoI and other KPIs;
• Utilise existing and develop, with senior stakeholders, new MI & KPIs to analyse sales and profitability. Summarise analyses into key insights and communicate these to senior stakeholders;
• Carry out sales & margin analysis of Price, Volume and Mix (PVM), providing detailed insights to measure and explain performance;
• Own periodic reports, such as weekly performance pack and look to improve them further through automation and deeper insights;
• Support senior stakeholders in assessing business and Network performance against budget and targets;
• Support business & budget planning team in preparation of the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts including providing insightful commentary to support;
• Implement process and reporting improvements which drive efficiency by moving manual reporting into software-based solutions; and
• Support with ad hoc investment models and analysis, to aid investment decisions.

Working hours:
40hours per week, Monday to Friday
