A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a large successful company based in High Wycombe. This role offers excellent progression opportunities and hybrid working options.



Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 3 Senior Finance Analysts
• Develop a commercial partner relationship with middle and senior operational management, providing key metrics and analysis as a foundation for sound commercial decision making
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analyses, to meet reporting deadlines and provide useful feedback/explanations of financial performance
• Present monthly results to divisional business partners and other senior stakeholders including Operational teams to enable understanding of profitability
• Manage and control monthly CAPEX reporting and prepare forecast updates to ensure adherence to budget.
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts and five year plans to enable the business to meet planning deadlines with accurate
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations to ensure controls are in place and being adhered to
• Improve business processes and systems whilst translating and simplifying high volume data into highly relevant management Information and proactively seek and recommend profit improvement suggestions for the business unit

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Experience of supporting and influencing operational colleagues
• Management accounting experience gained in the service, logistics or manufacturing an advantage
• Experience of managing and developing a small team
• Strong system skills including advanced Excel and some Power BI
