Senior Pensions Analyst - Hybrid position - Chichester - Up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits
Our incredibly successful international pensions and benefits administration client is looking for an experienced, competent, and driven Senior Pensions Analyst who reports directly to the Administration Services Manager.
As Pensions Analyst, you will lead on quality service control, maintaining high standards, taking the lead on implementing best practice within the team. A pivotal service delivery role in the company ensuring clients receive information on time, enabling them to make informed decisions. Support client relationships in terms of budgeting and undertaking quality control calculation reviews on the team’s work; ensure errors, omissions and complaints are handled in line with agreed procedures and timescales; presenting reports for clients, regulatory and Trustee boards to include information on all operational work issues; coach junior members of the team on complex tasks; working to tight deadlines and major attention to detail on delivery ensuring continual improvement around operational effectiveness and client profitability.

- Relevant professional PMI qualification
- In-depth knowledge of UK pensions legislation
- Able to take responsibility for the quality and delivery of their own work
- Team player and mentor
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal and experience of liaising with clients and trustees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills which enable the improvement of processes
- Major attention to detail and used to working in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines
- Excellent IT skills and able to work on own initiative, always looking to improve
