We are seeking a qualified Risk Manager to join our client, a successful and growing insurance broker in the South West of England. Providing expertise and guidance to a range of corporate clients in the South West of England and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and be able to support clients in identifying and managing their potential risks.



Responsibilities:


Provide support and guidance to corporate clients in managing their risk portfolio

Assist in identifying priorities in risk management and developing strategies to mitigate risks

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them with submissions to insurers and ensuring that they have proper coverage

Face off with clients in engineering, health & safety, and other relevant fields to add value to their risk management practices

Conduct risk assessments and evaluations to determine potential areas of vulnerability

Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive risk management solutions

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Qualified Risk Manager with a proven track record in the field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions on risk management strategies

Experience working with corporate clients and understanding their unique risk management needs

Knowledge of insurance industry practices and products

Open-minded and adaptable to different industries and client needs
