Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our Central Bristol based client in their search for a Credit Controller. This Credit control position is perfect for someone who has either credit control or customer service experience and wants to work for an exciting, successful, and resilient company.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. You will need to be happy to travel to Central Bristol. They do have parking onsite.

This Credit Control role offers growth and development for the right candidate, and you will work closely with the Accounts teams, the wider organisation and external stakeholders.

The Credit controller role includes but not limited to, (and most certainly welcomes the employee to grow the position further):

• Monitor and manage the debtor ledger to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and customer communications.
• Liaise with customers via phone and email to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
• Issue month end invoicing
• Raising credit notes
• Reconciling accounts
• Ad hoc queries and tasks

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a credit control position or within a customer service role
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
