An exciting opportunity is available to join our busy recovery / business rates team.

This Revenues Officer will work within our National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR) / Recovery team and duties will include the administration, collection and recovery of council tax. You will provide advice to council tax payers regarding any entitlement to exemptions or discounts. You will also advise businesses regarding any entitlement to reliefs, in order to reduce debt.

You will have a comprehensive knowledge of NNDR legislation and extensive experience of working in a revenues environment ideally using the Civica Revenues and Benefits system.

The post is offered on a full time, permanent basis (36 hours per week).
