Role responsibilities

• Support the delivery of our outsourced Pensions management work and support to Trustees in fulfilling their responsibilities
• Assist with the day-to-day running of a pension scheme or to oversee projects, on behalf of clients as an outsourced service
• Undertake a range of project-based activities
• Support Client Directors to manage the provision of executive governance support, providing advice to Trustees and in-house teams

Requirements

• Strong experience of working on occupational pensions schemes gained in-house or in a consultancy environment
• Relevant skills and experience for effective management of a pensions trustee board and board
• meetings, including taking effective minutes
• Able to build successful working relationships with key external client stakeholders and internal colleagues
• In-depth and technical Pensions knowledge
