My client is a West End based asset manager looking to hire a legal counsel to support their private debt team. The firm is active in the European lending market so any candidate with European language skills would be of particular interest.

The successful candidate will have around 4-7 PQE from a top UK or US law firm and will be reviewing and assisting the deal teams in negotiating a full range of finance documentation as well as supervising external counsel in multiple jurisdictions.
